Here in Edmonton, we have very active Pagan and Leather communities. These two tribes intermingle at various events, like Lupercalia, a weekend long Leather event held during the Valentines day weekend. Now in its 11th year, “Luper” has been host to such talent as Dossie Easton, author of The Ethical Slut, The Topping Book, and The Bottoming Book. As well as Laura Antoniou, author of the popular Marketplace series.

I spoke with “Big Bad Jim”, an Edmonton Leatherman who chairs the event and who each year devotes countless hours to organize the workshops, secure the venue, and market, produce, and promote “Edmonton’s Premiere Leather Event”. For the full interview, visit the Lifestyle blog, Pan’s Rapture.
