Well known in the Edmonton Pagan community, Ali also brings a strong writing background, including ;
“…publishing The Pagan Path, a submissions-based local magazine which ran from 1996-99. The Pagan Path was modeled after Winnipeg’s Minstrel Magazine, an extremely successful publication that ran for over 15 years and was instrumental in building Winnipeg’s Pagan community. I wrote for The Minstrel and sat on the editorial board for several years, and after arriving in Edmonton, I wondered if a local publication could have the same effect here.”
Ali’s years of experience in community building efforts, coupled with her strong writing background are a welcome addition to our site, and we at Northern Tribes are proud to have Ali on board.
We are confident you will enjoy her regular contributions, starting with “The Northern Wheel”. You can read more about Ali and her contributions to the Edmonton Pagan community in Northern Tribes’ “An Interview with Ali Ravenwood”.
