Edmonton’s 4th annual Beltaine Faire is shaping up to be another great family friendly event.
☞ a MayDay Procession, ☞ Dancing the Maypole,
☞ a Beltaine Ritual, ☞ a Shamanic Drumming Circle,
☞ a Meditation Labrynth, ☞ Tribal Belly Dancers,
☞ Medieval Re-enactments featuring The Knights of the Northern Realm,
☞ and this year, the newly formed Edmonton Area Spiral Scouts will be on hand providing information to families on the program. Bring your little ones and join them by the park to share in a family craft – come out and make a pine cone bird feeder and/or a popcorn/dried fruit animal wreathe – welcome the birds and animals back to our parks with a little treat!
For those who have never been to the Edmonton Beltaine Faire, here is a peek at what you can expect;
Stick around after the Faire, because this year the Sunwheel Pagan Arts Festival proudly hosts the BELTAINE BALL, a family dinner and dance open to all ages- children and young adults are free. Adults are $25.00
